Add 1 fl oz of Hibiscus Concentrate to 7-8 oz of water, or take 1 fl oz once to twice daily. Use as an ingredient in shakes, yogurt, or desserts. Keep refrigerated or store in a cool, dry place. Shake gently to blend natural ingredients that may have settled. The extract may stain, please open it carefully.
